BARRE BASICS

Build body awareness and a strong barre foundation with our Barre Basics class. Combining isometric exercises, movements, hand weights and the ball on the mat and at the barre, this class is designed with a light to mid level intensity, perfect for those in search to try out what Barre is all about.


BARRE FLOW

Our signature open level flow class combines barre work with flow yoga sequences to tone and lean out your beautiful body. Designed to build strength and grace as you move from a strong core, this class incorporates hand weights, the ball, resistance and stretch work on the mat and at the barre. Mid to high intensity, this class is perfect for those wanting to challenge themselves.


BARRE BURN
 

A regular to our Barre Flow classes and looking to amp it up? A newbie to Barre but also a fan of high intensity workouts? Designed to challenge you, Barre Burn is 60 mins of fat burning high intensity barre and mat moves to keep the heart rate up, ending with a restorative flow. 


PRE-NATAL

Join us at the barre for pre-natal classes after your first trimester and after consultation with your doctor/obstetrician. Our pre-natal classes are capped at 5 students so everyone (including babies!) get the attention they deserve.

If you are attending regular classes, please let the instructor know before class that you are expecting so modifications for certain exercises can be offered to you. 


POST-NATAL

Join us at the barre for post-natal classes after your precious little ones turn 6 weeks old and after consultation with your doctor/obstetrician/pediatrician.

If you are attending regular classes within 6 months of delivery, please let the instructor know before class that you are post-natal so modifications for certain exercises can be offered to you.
