Audrey Ling Instructor, Studio & Marketing Manager Born into a family of boys, Audrey's favourite pastimes include somersaults, high kicks and throwing water bombs at her brothers, and doing everything her parents said a girl shouldn't do (because a girl can!) Curiosity and passion underlining her sense of fun and mischief, Audrey's classes are dynamic, both alignment and intuition based, and sure to give your core a lovely burn. A former contemporary dancer, Audrey is a qualified flow yoga instructor. She is grateful that her passions have opened the way for her to train in Bali, Nepal, New York and Singapore. When not teaching or managing the studio, you can find her at the boxing gym leading restorative yoga, throwing punches and loving those low squats. "Maybe the journey isn't so much about becoming anything. Maybe it's about un-becoming everything that isn't you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place" - Unknown @audreyxling

Tricia Instructor Growing up in a big matriarchal family and having attended convent girl schools for many years, striving to be a strong woman was innate (Girl Power!). Also, having been an Indian Dancer in her youth, a good flow & rhythm fuels her passion for life. After discovering the severity of her scoliosis, Tricia dove deep into seeking a natural way to heal the body through movement, strengthening & a vegan lifestyle. Tricia is trained in Hatha Vinyasa and her classes will lead you to find strength in grace, or vice versa, whichever you are looking to balance out! Tricia believes change is very possible, if you believe it in yourself so much and are willing to take that leap of faith.   If she’s not in sweat wear, she’s out chilling and immersed by nature, the stars & moon.   "Let yourself be silently drawn by the strange pull of what you really love. It will not lead you astray.” - Rumi @triciaa.tan
