Booking Policy

Our classes are available for booking up to 1 week in advance.

As such, we strongly encourage you to pre-book online via our website or the Glofox app.

New Members

Step 1: Go to “Schedule” above to view our schedule of classes. We are open 7 days a week! Sign up for a Glofox account.

Step 2: Purchase your choice of class/pack under "Memberships" 

Step 3: Book into the class of your choice

* Please use the same email address when purchasing your pass and signing up for Glofox

Waitlist Policy

We allow up to 5 members to be waitlisted for each class.

Once on the waitlist, the onus is on the student to check the Glofox app to confirm if a slot has opened up. It is assumed that you will be coming for the class unless you log into Glofox to cancel your spot for the class. Otherwise, the Cancellation Policy below shall apply.

If you are not able to monitor the waitlist on the Gloxfox app, we would suggest not putting yourself on the waitlist. No exceptions will be given for any no-shows or late cancellations in relation to this.

Cancellation Policy

If you booked a class and subsequently are unable to make it, please log in to your Glofox account to cancel your booking.

To be fair to all our members, please cancel your class at least 4 hours ahead. This Cancellation Policy shall be enforced strictly with no exceptions.

Late cancellations

Single class/class pack – 1 class to be charged for each late cancellation

Unlimited pass – Validity period of the pass will be discounted by 2 days for each late cancellation. Booking privileges may be suspended if there are more than 2 late cancellations in a week.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, all purchases and transactions made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Suspension Policy

Unfortunately, we do not have a suspension policy. As such, all class passes will expire after the validity period.
