Lynn Ariele

With the empowerment and the support of her loved ones and the CTTB Tribe, Lynn co-founded CTTB in February 2017 with the hope of making fitness more accessible to both young and old, men and women - regardless of backgrounds.

Lynn is mummy to baby Declan (born January 2018), lawyer by day and barre instructor by night. She has also been living a low carb high fat (LCHF) lifestyle since 2013, which has changed her both inside and out. 

Lynn is trained in both Bootybarre (USA) and Barrebody (Australia) styles of barre and specialises in pre and postnatal barre.

Trained in marketing, Aislin loves being on the go and is always on the lookout for new activities to keep moving. With her background in dance, salsa and yoga, she is in love with Barre as it makes her feel both graceful and strong. Her favourite exercises at the barre include (all kinds of) pliés and cardiovascular work.

Aislin also finds her positive energy from pole dancing, good food, wine and traveling. Don't be fooled by her demure look, Aislin is known for her adrenaline-pumping classes.

Having lived in three different countries in her life, Jesslyn has grown up to be an independent, open-minded woman who is never afraid to chase her dreams, which is why she decided to take her passion one step further and pursued both her yoga and barre teacher training here in Singapore. Jesslyn loves to turn it up a notch so you will definitely be challenged in her classes!

Outside of the studio, Jesslyn loves spending quality time with her family and friends, playing with her dogs, exploring new restaurants and travelling around the world. She also enjoys a good cup of coffee and tea (and of course, wine!) and photography.

Growing up in a big matriarchal family and having attended convent girl schools for many years, striving to be a strong woman was innate (Girl Power!). Also, having been an Indian Dancer in her youth, a good flow & rhythm fuels her passion for life. After discovering the severity of her scoliosis, Tricia dove deep into seeking a natural way to heal the body through movement, strengthening & a vegan lifestyle.

Tricia is trained in Hatha Vinyasa and her classes will lead you to find strength in grace, or vice versa, whichever you are looking to balance out! Tricia believes change is very possible, if you believe it in yourself so much and are willing to take that leap of faith. 

If she’s not in sweat wear, she’s out chilling and immersed by nature, the stars & moon.

For 10 years, Joelle was trained in the Royal Academy of Dance classical ballet. She received a Specialist Diploma from Republic Polytechnic in Sports and Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her fitness trainer certification from the International Sports Academy here in Singapore.

In her free time, she enjoys working out in the gym and running outdoors. One of her greatest accomplishments was completing the Spartan Beast held in Bintan and she has plans to conquer more spartan races. AROOO!

Joelle believes that Barre should be fun and challenging for all. Functional movements and posture alignment are her main focuses in class.

Candice was introduced to ballet at a young age, and fell in love with the elegance of the discipline. It subsequently led her to practise it for over 10 years. 

Outside her day job in finance, she finds recalibration and inspiration from an adrenaline-fueled workout, and is most in her element when powering through an upbeat routine at the barre. Add a pulse to your practice and take it a notch higher through a session with Candice, all while mastering bold and graceful lines. You are sure to be relishing in sweat, radiance and a giant smile right after.

In her free time, you may find her exploring new cities and coastlines, at a dance party, or simply surrounded by the people she loves.
